Matthew, of counsel at SpencerWillson, is licensed in Utah state and federal courts. He brings decades of business and commercial litigation experience. Matthew holds a J.D. and a master of business administration from Brigham Young University. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, he worked in Hong Kong as a legal consultant for Intel Semiconductor after graduating. Handling CPU counterfeiting and trademark infringement cases in Asia Pacific, he returned to Utah in 1996. There, he worked as a commercial litigator, handling various cases. Joining SecurityNational Financial Corporation in 2008 as associate general counsel, he continues to work there. Matthew met Sarah in 2008 during a lawsuit representation for SecurityNational. Since then, they have collaborated in various legal practices. He also specializes in translating legal and business documents from Chinese to English.
