SpencerWillson, PLLC is a Utah-based law firm focusing on complex civil litigation and appeals. Our attorneys have more than 50 years' combined experience representing clients in complex lawsuits with millions of dollars and irreparable harm at stake. We handle cases in Utah and Colorado state and federal courts. We also represent amici curiae "friend of the court" parties in nationwide appeals.

We are seasoned in all aspects of real property litigation. Our team has won cases through summary judgment and appeal, and successfully negotiated out-of-court settlements in a wide variety of real property and land use cases. Our track-record includes partitioning thousands of acres, litigating boundary line disputes and quiet title actions, and pursuing statutory tree-injury and land-waste cases. We know how to successfully challenge and uphold lis pendenses on land, enjoin wrongful foreclosures, and challenge execution sales involving liens on real estate.
We handle a full range of personal injury cases, including product and premises liability, with specialized focus on catastrophic injuries. While we primarily defend injury cases, we selectively represent plaintiffs in cases of aggravated liability or which pose novel or particularly complex legal issues.
